We were blown away by the stunning location of this hidden gem! The picturesque lake, surrounded by beautiful scenery, made for a jaw-dropping backdrop during our stay. The hotel's proximity to the charming town of Monflanquin was a major plus, as we enjoyed exploring its streets and soaking up the local culture. The restaurant on-site exceeded our expectations, serving mouth-watering dishes that left us wanting more. The staff, especially our friendly waiter, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. The tranquil atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We also appreciated the variety of amenities available to guests, including free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a bar/lounge area. With plenty of outdoor dining options and a well-stocked coffee shop, we indulged in delicious treats throughout our stay. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident through their express check-in/-out service and the availability of massage treatments for ultimate relaxation. The comfortable, flat-screen TVs in our rooms kept us entertained in the evenings, while the game room, complete with billiard tables and darts, provided hours of fun. The hotel's location was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with hiking, cycling, fishing, and horseback riding options nearby. Families with children were also well-catered for, with a dedicated children's menu, board games, and a game room. We were delighted to find that our furry friends were welcome guests at this pet-friendly establishment. And, finally, the hotel's strict no smoking policy ensured a clean and fresh environment throughout.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel, with a lovely lake to relax by. the beds were very comfortable and we had a peaceful and quiet stay. the continental breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel seemed outdated and in need of some renovation. the swimming pool was out of use and there was no air conditioning in our room, which made it quite uncomfortable during hot weather.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and festive, and the staff did their best to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dinner was surprisingly delicious and affordable, and the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.
The rooms were lacking basic amenities and seemed rundown. The heating was ineffective, making for a chilly night's sleep, and the noise level from neighboring rooms was unbearable.
